Terms of Use

The deal

The tools are provided by AMOX Studios s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic under company number (IČO) 23312823, with its registered seat at Šlovice 141, 321 00 Dobřany (full details on our imprint). AMOX grants you a free, personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable licence to download and use the modules (“the tools”) to create content. You don’t owe us anything for them.

What you can do

Use the tools to make Unturned content (renders, photos, cinematics, thumbnails, maps, server promo) for personal or commercial purposes. Monetized videos, paid commissions, and sponsored content are all fine. The output you create is yours; we claim no rights over it.

What you can’t do

• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the tools themselves. Share a link to this site instead.
• Remove, hide, or fake the “Made by AMOX Studios” attribution mark the tools embed in-game.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the tools to strip that mark or any protection.
• Pass the tools off as your own, or use our name to imply we endorse you.
• Use the tools for anything illegal, or to harm the game, its players, or the community.

Your creations

Content you make with the tools belongs to you. The only string attached is the in-game attribution mark. Leave it in place. We may showcase community creations to promote the suite; tell us if you’d rather we didn’t feature yours.

Free, as-is

The tools are provided “as is,” with no warranty of any kind. We don’t promise they’re bug-free, fit for a particular purpose, or always available. We may update, change, or discontinue any tool at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AMOX isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools, such as lost work, game issues, or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Not affiliated with the game

AMOX Unturned is a fan project. Unturned and its assets belong to Smartly Dressed Games. We’re not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Use the tools in line with the game’s own terms.

Your consumer rights

If you use the tools as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away or limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where any term conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

Changes & law
