This is the privacy notice for the AMOX Unturned hub, the site you’re on right now. It covers what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The controller of the data described here is AMOX Studios s.r.o. (“AMOX”, “we”), a company registered in the Czech Republic under company number (IČO) 23312823, with its registered seat at Šlovice 141, 321 00 Dobřany. Our company site is amoxstudios.com; full company details are on our imprint. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@amoxstudios.com.
What we collect, and why
Your email, to send your download. When you request a free module, we use the email you enter to send you the one-time download link you asked for. We process it to deliver that file at your request, so the legal basis is performance of your request (a pre-contractual step), not marketing. We keep the request record only as long as needed to issue and secure the link (see “How long we keep it” below), and we do not add you to any mailing list for it.
The newsletter, only if you tick it. At the download gate you can separately opt in to occasional emails about AMOX’s Unturned tools (product updates and news, which may include offers). This is entirely optional, is never required to get your download, and runs on a different legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us, with no effect on your downloads.
Analytics. Only if you accept analytics in the cookie prompt. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which tools people use and how the site performs: pages viewed, rough region, device type, and referrer. It runs in Google’s Consent Mode with all storage denied until you opt in, advertising signals permanently off, and ad personalization disabled, so it is never used for advertising. Legal basis: consent.
Aggregate, cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and measures page performance without cookies and without collecting personal data. Because it identifies no one, it runs for everyone.
Technical & security data. Like every website, our host (Cloudflare) processes connection data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
No profiling. We don’t profile you or make any automated decisions about you.

Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. No advertising cookies are ever set. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
Because this site shares the .amox.gg domain with other AMOX services, your browser may also carry cookies those services set (for example sign-in or analytics cookies from other AMOX sites). This site doesn’t set them, and each is covered by that service’s own privacy notice.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data to anyone, and we never share it for advertising. A few processors handle data on our behalf, each only for its job: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, cookieless analytics, and email delivery) and Google LLC (Analytics, only with your consent).
Sending data outside the EU
Some processors (such as Google) are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, it is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Download requests: each request record (your email and IP address, both stored only as a one-way hash, never in the clear) is kept for up to 30 days to issue your link and guard against abuse, then deleted. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics: we use the shortest practical retention window (currently 14 months in GA4); Cloudflare’s aggregate data is short-lived and identifies no one. Security data: only as long as needed to keep the site safe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, get a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@amoxstudios.com to exercise any of these. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled things, you can complain to the Czech data-protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or your local EU regulator.
Children
The site and tools aren’t directed at children under 15. If you’re under 15, please don’t send us your email without a parent or guardian’s permission.
Changes
If we update this notice, we’ll change the date at the top and, for anything significant, flag it on the site.
